Thanksgiving Food Drive
In response to the Food Bank’s recent appeal to address food insecurity and poverty needs, parishioners are encouraged to bring donated food to St. E. from September 22 to October 6. The most needed food includes canned fish, canned meat, canned vegetables, peanut butter, cooking oil, flour, pasta, rice, etc. We will transfer all donated food to Mississauga Food Bank before Thanksgiving so that families in need can have a Thanksgiving dinner.
In addition, all the donated fresh produce collected from St E. Community Garden Network on October 20 will also be donated to Mississauga Food Bank on the next day.
Let us pray to our Lord to help our neighbors through this year's Thanksgiving Food Drive.

Starting tomorrow, Archbishop of Ontario, The Most Rev. Ann Germond, will take up office. May God bless them!
