I've heard before that something will become a habit if you repeat it 21 times. We have been staying home for over 1 month and should have gotten used to it now. I appreciate that I can save myself from having to fill up gasoline and be stuck in the traffic.

My older son and I are sharing the den as our office. We start to understand each other more and share some of our challenges and ways of doing things. My younger son tried to cook us lunch and dinner during this time. Adding cheese on the fried rice looked funny to me but actually taste good. We are so thankful that we have more time to be together.

I remember before my younger son was born and when my older son was about 5 years old, he often asked us to play with him. We were busy and often answered him "Tomorrow!" He used to be a quiet and obedient boy. One time, he impatiently replied us, "Tomorrow and tomorrow! When is tomorrow!" In this pandemic, we are going back to the basics about what our needs are and where our focus of our lives should be.

On social media with our friends and relatives, we found a lot of creativity among us. There are bakery experts, dim sum masters, authors, painters, etc. People love to share and support each other. It's so amazing and blessed.

The Taiwanese author 杏林子 said in one of her prayers "Limit of our life":

"We keep on exploring,

Keep on learning,

Keep on discovering,

Keep on rewarding,

Keep on getting exhausted resolving difficulties,

Keep on appreciating going through new milestones.

Through the "keep on challenging" process,

We experience there is no limit to our creativity;

That our love & power will have no limit."

Paul said, "Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4: 6-7)
